The access and use by users (the "User" or "Users") of the landing page www.rentingcarz.com/en/hotsale (hereinafter, the "Landing Page") owned by LatinCarz, LLC. DBA RentingCarz Holdings (hereinafter, "RentingCarz"), will be governed by the following terms and conditions:

Promotion of up to 40% discount for Mexico destination: Valid for bookings with Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty, and Firefly made between May 16 and June 3, 2025, for rental dates until December 15, 2025. Applies only to prepaid rates: Just Car and Basic Protection, in selected categories, for travelers coming from any part of the world to destinations in Mexico. Not combinable with other promotions. Discounts do not apply to taxes, surcharges, or any extra costs paid at the counter. Discounts may vary depending on the rental company, destination, and rate selected at the time of booking. Discount will not be retained if the reservation is modified.

Promotion of up to 40% discount for Mexico destination: Valid for bookings with the America Car Rental brand made from May 16 to May 23, 2025, for rental dates from May 16 to June 30, 2025, and from August 27 to September 30, 2025. Only applies to prepaid rates: Basic Protection, in selected categories, with origins from Europe, Latin America, and Mexico to destinations in Mexico. Not valid for rentals made between July 1 and August 26, 2025. Not combinable with other promotions. Discounts do not apply to taxes, surcharges, or any extra costs paid at the counter. Discounts may vary depending on the rental company, destination, and rate selected at the time of booking. Discount will not be retained if the reservation is modified.

Promotion of up to 15% discount for U.S. and Latin America destinations: Valid for bookings with the Flexways brand made from May 16 to May 23, 2025, for rental dates from May 16 to December 31, 2025. Only applies to prepaid rates: Basic Protection EU and Full Protection, in selected categories, with origins from anywhere in the world to destinations in the United States, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Peru, Costa Rica, Spain, and Italy. Not combinable with other promotions. Discounts do not apply to taxes, surcharges, or any extra costs paid at the counter. Discounts may vary depending on the rental company, destination, and rate selected at the time of booking. Discount will not be retained if the reservation is modified.

Promotion of up to 15% discount for U.S., Canada, Europe, and Puerto Rico destinations: Valid for bookings with the Sixt brand made from May 16 to May 23, 2025, for rental dates from May 16 to August 1, 2025. Only applies to prepaid rates: Basic Protection EU, Full Protection, and Standard Protection Asia for US, in selected categories. For bookings with origins in Latin America, Africa, North America, Asia, the Antarctic region, and Oceania, to destinations in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Puerto Rico. Not valid for rentals made in the United States and Canada between July 3 and July 7, 2025. For Puerto Rico, not valid for rentals made between the following dates: May 21 to May 26, 2025; June 25 to June 30, 2025; and July 1 to July 6, 2025. Not combinable with other promotions. Promotion of up to 15% discount for Global destinations: Valid for bookings with the ACE brand made from May 16 to May 23, 2025, for rental dates until December 31, 2025. Not combinable with other promotions. Discounts do not apply to taxes, surcharges, or any extra costs paid at the counter. Discounts may vary depending on the rental company, destination, and rate selected at the time of booking. Discount will not be retained if the reservation is modified.

Promotion of up to 15% discount for Global destinations: Valid for bookings with the OKmobility brand made from May 16 to May 23, 2025, for rental dates until December 31, 2025. Only applies to prepaid rates: Basic Protection EU, Full Protection, and Basic Protection, in selected categories, with origins from anywhere in the world to any destination where the rental company operates. Promotion of up to 15% discount for U.S. destinations:  Valid for bookings with the Stride brand made from May 16 to May 31, 2025, for rental dates from June 1 to July 31, 2025. Only applies to prepaid rates: Basic Protection, Just Car, and Full Protection, in selected categories, with origins from anywhere in the world to destinations in the United States.Not combinable with other promotions. Discounts do not apply to taxes, surcharges, or any extra costs paid at the counter. Discounts may vary depending on the rental company, destination, and rate selected at the time of booking. Promotion of up to 15% discount for U.S. destinations:  Valid for bookings with the greenmotion brand made from May 16 to May 31, 2025, for rental dates from May 16 to August 31, 2025. Only applies to prepaid rates: Just Car, Full Protection, Basic Protection, and Basic Protection EU, in selected categories, with origins from anywhere in the world to any destination where the rental company operates (excluding: Rwanda, Azerbaijan, California, Australia, Louisiana, Jordan, Georgia, UAE, Kenya, South Africa, Sri Lanka, and Egypt). Not combinable with other promotions. Discounts do not apply to taxes, surcharges, or any extra costs paid at the counter. Discounts may vary depending on the rental company, destination, and rate selected at the time of booking. Discount will not be retained if the reservation is modified.

Promotion of up to 15% discount for Brazil destination: Valid for bookings with the LocarX brand made from May 16 to May 31, 2025, for rental dates from May 16 to May 31, 2025. Only applies to prepaid rates: Basic Protection, in selected categories, with origins from anywhere in the world to destinations in Brazil. Not combinable with other promotions. Discounts do not apply to taxes, surcharges, or any extra costs paid at the counter. Discounts may vary depending on the rental company, destination, and rate selected at the time of booking. Discount will not be retained if the reservation is modified.

Promotion of up to 10% discount for U.S., Latin America, or Europe destinations: Valid for bookings made from May 16 to May 23, 2025, for rental dates from May 17 to December 31, 2025. Only applies to prepaid rates, with origins in Latin America (to destinations in Latin America, the U.S., and Europe) or origin in the United States (to destinations in Latin America). Not combinable with other promotions.

Promotion of up to 15% discount for Europe destinations: Valid for bookings with the U-Save brand made from May 16 to May 31, 2025, for rental dates from May 16 to August 31, 2025. Only applies to prepaid rates: Just Car, Full Protection, Basic Protection, and Basic Protection EU, in selected categories, with origins from anywhere in the world to destinations in Italy, Montenegro, Austria, Albania, Morocco, Cyprus, Malta, UK, and Poland. Not combinable with other promotions. Discounts do not apply to taxes, surcharges, or any extra costs paid at the counter. Promotion of 1 additional driver free for Brazil destination: Valid for bookings with the Movida brand made from May 16 to June 30, 2025, for rental dates from May 16 to June 30, 2025. Only applies to prepaid rates: Basic Protection, Full Protection, and Super Protection, in selected categories, with origins from anywhere in the world to destinations in Brazil. Not combinable with other promotions. Discounts do not apply to taxes, surcharges, or any extra costs paid at the counter. Discounts may vary depending on the rental company, destination, and rate selected at the time of booking. Discount will not be retained if the reservation is modified.

PROMO Rate: The PROMO rate is only available for prepaid bookings and is non-refundable. After completing the payment, you will be informed which rental company has been booked. The reservation is guaranteed with one of the trusted companies we work with.

General: Access to the Landing Page grants the status of a User and implies full and unconditional acceptance of all terms and conditions effective at the time the User accesses the Landing Page. RentingCarz reserves the right to make changes at any time, without prior notice, regarding the information on the Landing Page, including its terms and conditions. Changes will take effect immediately upon incorporation into the Landing Page.

Limitations of Liability::

• Discounts do not apply to taxes, surcharges, or extra costs paid at the counter and may vary by destination, rental company, car category, and selected rate at the time of booking. Exceptions may apply.
• Exclusive for bookings made through this Landing Page.
• Promotional prices do not oblige RentingCarz to maintain rates beyond the reservation period described.
• RentingCarz is not required to uphold promotional rates in cases of reservation change requests (pickup or return date), reserved category, or vehicle pickup location.
• Car availability is subject to each company’s inventory by destination and/or office.
• The offer cannot be combined with other promotions.
• The offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The described promotions are subject to changes and/or modifications at the company’s discretion, without prior notice.
