Nikko is located about 160km away from Tokyo and it is about two-hour drive via Tohoku Expressway.

Nikko is famous for the World Heritage Toshoku shrine built in 1617 to enshrine Tokugawa Ieyasu, the first shogun of the Tokugawa shogunate.
You must see the famous Sanzaru, 3 wise monkeys, carving known as  “See No Evil, Speak No Evil, Hear No Evil”.
