Terms and Conditions of the Promotion

The access and use by users (the "User" or "Users") of the landing page www.rentingcarz.com/en/cyberweek (hereinafter, the "Landing Page") owned by LatinCarz, LLC. DBA RentingCarz Holdings (hereinafter, "RentingCarz"), will be governed by the following terms and conditions:

70% Discount Promotion in Mexico: Valid for reservations with the brands Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty, and Firefly, made from November 22 to November 29, 2023, with pick-up dates from January 3, 2024, to December 15, 2024. Applies only to prepaid rates Solo Car and Full Protection, originating from anywhere in the world to destinations in Mexico.

Up to 40% Discount Promotion in Colombia: Valid for reservations with the brand Localiza, made from November 22 to November 29, 2023, with pick-up dates from January 6, 2024, to March 22, 2024. Applies only to prepaid rates originating from anywhere in the world to destinations in Colombia. Discounts may vary depending on the car category, destination, and selected rate at the time of booking.

Up to 15% Discount Promotion in the United States or Canada: Valid for reservations with the Sixt brand, made from November 20 to November 30, 2023, with pick-up dates from November 26, 2023, to March 31, 2024. Applies only to prepaid rates originating from anywhere in the world to destinations in the United States or Canada. Not applicable to reservations with pick-up between December 21, 2023, and January 1, 2024.

Up to 50% Discount Promotion in Mexico: Valid for reservations with the Budget brand, made from November 22 to November 29, 2023, with pick-up dates from January 6, 2024, to March 22, 2024. Applies only to prepaid Solo Car and Full Protection rates originating from anywhere in the world to destinations in Mexico. Discounts may vary depending on the car category, destination, and selected rate at the time of booking.

Up to 20% Discount Promotion in Europe: Valid for reservations with the Sixt brand, made from November 16 to November 23, 2023, with pick-up dates from November 24, 2023, to March 31, 2024. Applies only to prepaid Basic EU Protection rates originating from anywhere in the world to destinations in Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Portugal. Not applicable to reservations with pick-up between December 21, 2023, and January 1, 2024.

Up to 15% Discount Promotion in Selected Destinations: Valid for reservations with the Sixt brand, made from November 16 to November 23, 2023, with pick-up dates from November 24, 2023, to March 31, 2024. Applies only to prepaid Basic EU Protection rates originating from anywhere in the world to destinations in Austria, the United Kingdom, Spain, Hungary, Albania, Romania, Mexico, Georgia, Costa Rica, and Jordan. Not applicable to reservations with pick-up between December 21, 2023, and January 1, 2024.

Up to 15% Discount Promotion in Ecuador: Valid for reservations with the Localiza brand, made from November 22 to November 29, 2023, with pick-up dates from November 22, 2023, with no deadline. Applies only to prepaid rates originating from anywhere in the world to destinations in Ecuador. Discounts may vary depending on the car category, destination, and selected rate at the time of booking.

Up to 10% Discount Promotion in Brazil: Valid for reservations with the Localiza brand, made from November 22 to November 30, 2023, with pick-up dates from November 26, 2023, with no deadline. Applies only to prepaid rates originating from anywhere in the world to destinations in Brazil. Not applicable to reservations with pick-up between December 14, 2023, and January 2, 2024, or from February 9 to February 24, 2024.

Up to 10% Discount Promotion in Spain, Portugal, and Italy: Valid for reservations with the Goldcar brand, made from November 20 to November 27, 2023, with pick-up dates from January 1, 2024, to March 15, 2024. Applies only to prepaid rates originating from anywhere in the world to destinations in Spain, Portugal, and Italy. Discounts may vary depending on the rental company, destination, and selected rate at the time of booking.

Up to 10% Discount Promotion in the United States or Latin America: Valid for reservations made from November 22 to November 29, 2023, with pick-up dates from November 22, 2023, to April 30, 2024. Applies only to prepaid rates originating from Latin America (to destinations in Latin America, the United States, and Europe) or originating in the United States (to destinations in United States, and Latin America). Discounts may vary depending on the rental company, destination, and selected rate at the time of booking.

Promotion up to 10% discount on Mexico destinations: alid for bookings made with the America Car Rental brand from November 22 to November 29, 2023, with pick-up dates from November 23, 2023, to March 15, 2024. Applies only to prepaid rates originating from anywhere in the world to destinations in Mexico. Discounts may vary depending on the category, destination, and selected rate at the time of booking.

Promo Rate: The PROMO rate is only available on prepaid reservations and is non-refundable. Upon completing the payment, you will be notified of which rental company the reservation has been made with. The reservation is guaranteed with one of the trusted companies we work with.

General: Access to the Landing Page attributes the User status and implies the full and unconditional acceptance of all terms and conditions in force at the moment the User accesses the Landing Page. RentingCarz reserves the right to make modifications at any time and without prior notice regarding the information contained on the Landing Page, as well as its terms and conditions. The modifications made will take effect immediately upon their incorporation into the Landing Page.

Limitations of Liability:

• - LDiscounts do not apply to taxes or surcharges or extra costs paid at the counter and may vary depending on the destination, rental company, car category, and selected rate at the time of booking. Exceptions may apply.
• - Exclusive for rentals made through this Landing Page.
• - Reservations with promotional prices do not obligate Rentingcarz to maintain the values for periods longer than described in the reservation.
• - RentingCarz will not be obligated to maintain promotional values in case of requests to change the reservation date (pick-up or return), reserved category, or pick-up office.
• - Car availability is subject to the inventory of each company by destination and/or office.
• - Offer not combinable with other promotions.
